Let's face it—there’s a lot to a name. There is a lot to a shape. That's why Better Buy's name and logo shape work so well on the "psyche" of buyers. Every buyer is always looking for a good deal and nothing says that more clearly than a sale tag with the words “Better Buy.”
Highly Recognized Logo Do buyers really care about nationally known franchise names when it comes to purchasing a home? Think about this. When you go into a new town to buy a home, do you care "who" the home of your dreams is listed with? I'll bet you don't! If you drove by a home that you really liked from the outside and saw a for sale sign that read, "The Backwoods Realty Company--call for more info", you still would call . . . or do you seriously believe you would only call if that beautiful home was listed with a national franchise real estate company? So stop thinking like a seller and start thinking like a buyer. What drives buyers to act? We believe our name and logo does. In fact, when buyers call on our sign, they often ask us if we have other Better Buys—not realizing that it is our name.
