The list of Bank Owned Properties that you previously signed up comes directly from the Palm Coast - Flagler MLS. It is totally inclusive (nothing left out).   However once you see it in the MLS and from future MLS updates, so do thousands of other buyers - at the same time.  Plus, you may find duplicate listings from other real estate agents.

If you noticed, orginally we only asked for your email. Why? Many buyers don't want to be bothered by an agent - we totally understand and respect your privacy. That's why you will only be contacted by us via email unless you provide us with additional contact information.

However, if you want a true advantage finding a good deal on a foreclosure then you will want to give us more contact information; Your name and number. We often know of foreclosed homes weeks before they become publicly available on the MLS. We only share this information with people that are at least serious enough to provide us with basic contact info; Name and phone number.

We don't give out this information to people that provided us with only their email. This information is very proprietary to us and since our service is always free and without pressure or obligation, it is in our best interest to know to whom we are sharing our prized information with. We will not exploit, share or in any way abuse the liberty you afforded us. We will however call at least once to confirm that the contact information provided is true and accurate. After that, we will not contact again beyond regular email updates unless you indicate otherwise.
