Better Buy Realty is NOT a for sale "by-owner" type service or a menu driven "assist-in-your-sale" kind of company. We are a legitimate full-time, full-service real estate company. Our discounted commission in no way dilutes your service; we do the same thing, we just elect to charge less.
Our competition calls us a discount broker (like that's suppose to be a bad thing) but actually we are not, our fee is low but it is not discounted. On the other hand, they try to charge the highest commission as possible and if they do reduce it, that's a “discount”. We don't believe in this type of listing tactic. Because we charge the same rate to everyone, we don't treat our “discounted” clients like a second class citizen.
We have been in business for over a decade charging the same low commission rate. Don't believe for a second that you need to pay more for the same Realtor services. The way we look at it, they overcharge.
Regardless of which real estate company you are leaning towards at this point, it truly is in your best interest to meet with one of our representatives before signing on the dotted line. There is no pressure or obligation for us to meet with you at your home or in our office.
